Silver Wolf Stays was created from nearly 8 years of hands-on experience in the short-term rental industry.
Before building Silver Wolf Stays, our team spent years managing the behind-the-scenes operations that make successful Airbnb and VRBO rentals run — from guest communication and issue resolution to daily operations, owner support, and creating experiences that lead to better reviews.
Throughout those years, we saw a common challenge among property owners: they wanted to grow their rentals, but managing the endless details of guest expectations, operations, and day-to-day decisions became overwhelming. Many did not want a traditional property management company taking over their listing — they wanted a co-host who would work inside their account and leave them in control.

What matters more than geography is that your property has reliable local cleaning and maintenance contacts. We coordinate those vendors rather than replacing them, and if you do not have them in place yet, we can help you find and vet them during onboarding.
We work primarily on Airbnb and VRBO, and can support Booking.com and direct booking sites as well. In every case we operate as a co-host inside your existing accounts, so your listing, your review history, and your Superhost progress stay yours.
